The Birth and Future of $DTF: Indexing the World with DeFAI
1. How $DTF Began
The journey of $DTF started when @reserveprotocol set out to create on-chain ETFs—calling them Decentralized Token Folios (DTFs). In essence, these DTFs were designed to index various crypto assets into a single on-chain portfolio.
During this process, our $DTF concept was born. We secured a permanent 1% allocation within Reserve Protocol's "memecoin DTF" curated by me Memeindexer, ensuring long-term visibility and a solid foundation for growth. That milestone marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter in crypto investing.
2. The Driving Purpose
I founded $DTF because I believe in indexing the world to build a permissionless form of money—one that is fully non-custodial and accessible to everyone. @reserveprotocol is laying the groundwork by building a core DeFi infrastructure set to launch in Q1 2025.
The vision extends beyond human users. I foresee AI agents also harnessing the power of decentralized token folios. For the average investor, the goal is simple: one-click access to entire market narratives—whether it's Real World Assets (RWA), DeFi, Memes, AI, DeSci, or GameFi—without getting lost in thousands of new token listings every day.
3. $DTF is Going Cross-Chain While Expanding into DeFAI
Currently, $DTF trades exclusively on @solana under the SOL-DTF pair via @RaydiumProtocol. Very soon, we'll bridge $DTF to @base and launch a WETH-DTF pair on @AerodromeFi.

4. Introducing Franklin, Our DeFAI Agent
At the heart of our DeFAI strategy is Franklin, an AI agent designed to manage DTFs in real time. Upon Reserve Protocol's DTF infrastructure launch, Franklin will be capable of creating, analyzing, and rebalancing these token folios using a wide array of on-chain data.
